Navoyi region locates in the central part of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Administrative center of region is Navoyi city. On the northwest of region there are large Kyzylkum upland and Nuratin mountains on the East. The main river Zarafshan is running  through the whole region.

On the first turn, Navoyi is industrial center. There are mining and processing, electrochemical, cotton cleaning, gold mining car producing and food manufacturing plants.

Local lands are rich in historical archeological monuments. In the cannon of south flank of Karatau mountains, scientists found unique ancient cave paintings dated to Bronze century. Archeologists found about 4 000 drawings. They were carved on the walls across the mainstream river up to 2 km in length. Drawings research helped to understand style of life and traditions of people, who had been lived there in the ancient time. There were found grave mounds of nomadic tribes near the petroglyphs. 

One of the famous religions complex is Cashma. It locates in Nurota city. Complex consist of Dzjuma mosque and Mazar Nur-ota – healthful spring with well. By one of the local legends, well locates on the same place where bright meteor had fallen. During any of weather seasons, temperature of spring water is always warm.

According to scientist’s research water consist of 15 micro elements. Silver ingredient allows water not to be spoiled. Brom element has relaxing effect to human body. Nearby water well, there is a beautiful mosque with a high cupola which has diameter about 16 meters. 40 columns are supporting cupola. 

A big historical value has Rabat Malik caravansary built in 11th century. It was built on the Great Silk Road on the way, which connected Bukhara and Samarkand. Every trader and traveler had a chance to rest and recharge their energy there. 

Navoyi region is a multicultural and multinational district with well known hospitality mentality. This is a place where everyone is always glad to guests.
